Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service and understand that you are paying for my time and labor. If you have any questions please ask me, and ill gladly answer them!

What I will draw

- Anthropomorphic Characters
- Feral Characters
- Original Characters
- Complex Characters. (eg. Sparkledogs)

What I will not draw

- Humans
- Suggestive artwork or beyond that
- Mech Suits

Turnaround Times

My turnaround time will vary greatly on what the customer is ordering, it is also highly dependent on the things listed below:
- Health
- School
- Family mattersIf anything comes up that may interfere with the turnaround time of a commission i will always inform my customer(s) ASAP.

Payment

I will accept payment only through Paypal and in USD. Any commission that is $20 or more must have 50% of the price payed upfront once the sketch has been approved of by the client. Then when the artwork is completed i will send a watermarked version of said commission to my client until the rest of payment has been sent through, and they will then receive the un-watermarked version.

1. Sketch Phase

3. Coloring Phase
4. Shading Phase

Throughout the process of the commission, i will give all customers work in progress photos, this is so any customer may request a change they would like. Changes that change a big part of the commission may only be made during the sketch phase. I am willing to do a maximum of five big changes when in the sketch phase.Once the customer has approved of the sketch and all changes have been made I will move on to the other phases sending progress photos as I go. Once the line-art has been completed, changes may be requested by the customer and I will likely make these changes.

Customer Satisfaction

I always make my customer service a priority, if a customer is unhappy please notify me of this and why you are unhappy with my service so that i may try to fix this problem. Or if a customer would like any changes when the commission is finished, I will gladly make any changes. However any changes that are listed below, will result in extra charge:
- Outfit change
- Outfit addition or subtraction
- Background change
- Anything that requires me to completely redraw something

Usage Policy

As the artist, i hold all rights to the produced art, not the customer. Therefore i am allowed to utilize the art to:
- Promote myself with in any place or site
- Publish books with
- To display or post it anywhere to my likingAs the customer you are allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted art for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwise
- Print the art and claim the right of your character(s) but not the drawing itself
- Use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to me, the artistIf you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be redacted.The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
**With commercial rights you are allowed to: **
- Make any sort of merch with the artwork.
- Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if it has been altered or edited.

Cancellation Policy

I hold the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to demand a refund under any circumstances, unless we have agreed upon otherwise.
If money has not yet been sent out the customer has the right to cancel the commission.
If the line-art has already been started and/or completed, and money has been sent, you will not be granted a full refund.If you file a charge-back against me, your rights to the commission will be retracted.

Your name may be put on a blacklist if i want for others to watch out for you.
And i may have every right to file a complaint and have all the right to the money given to me.Any statement made can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission
